Return and Refund Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We are accepting returns within 30 days of purchase, according to the following guidelines:

Clothing and non-costume accessories:

original price tag must be attached
sale receipt must be provided
refund will be issued in the same manner as the original payment

Costumes, including new costume accessories:

must be unworn and in original packaging
original price tag must be attached
sale receipt must be provided
refund will be issued for STORE CREDIT ONLY

PLEASE NOTE: We are *NOT* accepting returns for the following items:

make-up
tights
cloth that have been destroys by the customer
all masks
facial hair
costume shoes
glasses
any packaged costume
accessories that have been opened or removed from their original packaging
